Hello, I'm Tamsin and I am passionate about photography. Most of all, I love documenting people's happy memories for them - it gives me such joy giving people a pictorial record of their day, something they can look back on in years to come.

 

Since my first point-and-shoot camera aged 8 years old, my photography has grown with me; covering local news as a student, fashion and product photography for my own company, to recording the intimate details of everyday family life with two young children. Along the way I have moved from 35mm film and darkroom techniques, to embracing digital cameras, studio photography and editing software.

 

I have taken photos for designers, businesses, and many many events, but my favourite subjects to photograph are people; the little moments that connect families together and reflect life as it really is - messy, chaotic, loving, and beautiful.

 

Beyond photography I am mum to two amazing little people who continue to inspire my photography, and when I’m not playing with them you’ll find me punching and kicking at the dojang - relieving the day’s frustrations with martial arts, my other passion.
